Ingredients

  • 3 cups beef keema
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp cashew nut paste
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp raisin paste
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp nutmeg-mace powder
  • 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) for frying
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A few wooden skewers

Instructions

  • First, blend the ground beef in a blender
  • Mix all the other ingredients with the beef and blend well
  • Marinate the mixture for 35-40 minutes
  • Mold the mixture around wooden skewers
  • Heat ghee and oil in a pan and fry the kebabs on low heat until lightly browned
  • Serve hot with rice, naan, paratha or luchi
