- 3 cups beef keema
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp cashew nut paste
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp raisin paste
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp nutmeg-mace powder
- 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) for frying
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- A few wooden skewers
First, blend the ground beef in a blender
Mix all the other ingredients with the beef and blend well
Marinate the mixture for 35-40 minutes
Mold the mixture around wooden skewers
Heat ghee and oil in a pan and fry the kebabs on low heat until lightly browned
Serve hot with rice, naan, paratha or luchi
