Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless beef cubed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoons ground chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
  • 40 g fresh coriander leaves
  • 40 g fresh mint leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • 10 g ginger paste
  • 10 g garlic paste

Instructions

  • First, mix all the ingredients. Blend them in a food processor to make a paste
  • Then, shape the mixture into kebabs, insert into seekh (Iron stick) one by one, and cook over a charcoal grill
  • Keep turning the kebabs to ensure that they cook evenly
  • After a few minutes, remove from the grill and serve on a platter. These seekh kebabs go well with naan or tandoori bread
