- 1 kg boneless beef cubed

- 40 g fresh coriander leaves
- 40 g fresh mint leaves
- 4 green chilies
- 10 g ginger paste
- 10 g garlic paste
First, mix all the ingredients. Blend them in a food processor to make a paste
Then, shape the mixture into kebabs, insert into seekh (Iron stick) one by one, and cook over a charcoal grill
Keep turning the kebabs to ensure that they cook evenly
After a few minutes, remove from the grill and serve on a platter. These seekh kebabs go well with naan or tandoori bread
