  • Clean the beef properly and cut them into small pieces
  • Marinate the beef with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and sugar for 20 minutes
  • Add corn flour to the marinated beef and mix them well
  • Take a stick and add onion, beef, and potato one by one
  • Heat a pan and add sufficient oil to it. Fry the beef sticks properly. keep the sticks aside
  • Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp ghee, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and black pepper powder and mix properly. Fry the sticks again in this mixture for 2-3 minutes
