Ingredients for Baghar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4-5 pcs dried chilies
First, heat oil in a pan and fry lightly chopped onions until they turn golden. Then, add grated ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add all the spices and fry properly. Add some warm water if needed.
Then, add the cow's feet pieces and stir fry for a few minutes. Add enough water to cover the meat.
Cook in a pressure cooker for 45-50 minutes.
Once the meat is cooked, immediately mix 1 tablespoon of flour in 1 cup of water and stir it quickly to avoid any lumps.
Heat oil in another pan and fry onions until lightly browned. Add chopped garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the fried garlic and chili with the oil to the Nehari. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
