***Soak rice in water for 1 hour before cooking.

  • Fry the onion in mustard oil to make beresta.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste. Then Add biriyani masala and chili. Afterward, add beef, salt, and 1.5 tbsp yogurt.
  • Cover with a lid. Let it cook till the oil separates.
  • Add soaked rice, hot water, and salt.
  • Let it cook well, then add the beef.
  • Cover the lid, and cook on low flame.
  • Ready to Serve!
