***Soak rice in water for 1 hour before cooking.
Fry the onion in mustard oil to make beresta.
Add ginger-garlic paste. Then Add biriyani masala and chili. Afterward, add beef, salt, and 1.5 tbsp yogurt.
Cover with a lid. Let it cook till the oil separates.
Add soaked rice, hot water, and salt.
Let it cook well, then add the beef.
Cover the lid, and cook on low flame.
Ready to Serve!
