  • Wash the Cauliflower and cut them into florets. The florets should be medium in size.
  • Boil the florets in hot water. Add some salt (As per taste) to the water when boiling.
  • After boiling for 5/7 minutes, drain the water and transfer the florets into a separate plate.
  • Heat some oil in a pan. Keep the flame medium
  • Cover the cauliflower florets with the batter and drop it gently to the hot oil.
  • Fry the florets deeply. When the florets turn golden brown and look crispy ,get them out of the oil.
  • Serve the crispy cauliflower pakora with tomato sauce as evening snacks.
