Wash the Cauliflower and cut them into florets. The florets should be medium in size.
Boil the florets in hot water. Add some salt (As per taste) to the water when boiling.
After boiling for 5/7 minutes, drain the water and transfer the florets into a separate plate.
Heat some oil in a pan. Keep the flame medium
Cover the cauliflower florets with the batter and drop it gently to the hot oil.
Fry the florets deeply. When the florets turn golden brown and look crispy ,get them out of the oil.
Serve the crispy cauliflower pakora with tomato sauce as evening snacks.
