  • Rub the mixture onto the 500g beef steak pieces, making sure to coat them thoroughly.
  • Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat a grill pan with cooking spray and place the marinated steak on it.
  • Cook the steak on both sides, flipping it carefully to ensure even cooking on both sides.
  • Once cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove the steak from the grill pan and place it in a dish.
  • Serve the delicious beef steak with mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce, and sautéed vegetables for a mouthwatering meal.
