Start by boiling water. Once the water reaches a boil, add the sabudana and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes.
After boiling, strain the cooked sabudana and rinse it thoroughly with cold water to prevent sticking.
In a pan, pour the liquid milk and add the agar agar powder to it.
Mix in the sugar, powdered milk, red food color, strawberry essence (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
Place the pan on the stove and start heating the mixture. Allow it to come to a boil while stirring continuously.
Once the mixture starts boiling, add the cooked sabudana to the pan. Mix the sabudana well with the milk mixture.
Let the mixture continue to boil for a few more minutes while stirring gently.
Remove the pan from the heat. Remember to do this step promptly, as letting the pudding cool in the pan may cause it to set too soon.
Allow the pudding to cool down at room temperature. Once it's no longer hot, you can refrigerate it to fully set and chill.
Once chilled, the delicious Sabu Danar Pudding is ready to be enjoyed as a delightful and refreshing dessert.
Indulge in the delightful taste and unique texture of this Sabu Danar Pudding!
