In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the tea to the boiling water.
Add the cardamom pods and simmer in low heat for 5-7 mins
Pour in the evaporated milk
Let the tea and milk simmer for about 2-3 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Add sugar to taste and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Allow the tea to simmer for another 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea into cups
Serve the Doodh Cha hot and enjoy!
