  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the tea to the boiling water.
  • Add the cardamom pods and simmer in low heat for 5-7 mins
  • Pour in the evaporated milk
  • Let the tea and milk simmer for about 2-3 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Add sugar to taste and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Allow the tea to simmer for another 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea into cups
  • Serve the Doodh Cha hot and enjoy!
