Ingredients

Instructions

  • Grind garlic, black pepper and coriander leaves with a grinder
  • Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Add the grinded garlic, black pepper and coriander leaves to the oil and fry properly. Add beef and fry for properly (For 5 minutes at low flame)
  • Add 1.5 liter water, ginger slice, soya sauce and dark sweet soya sauce. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
  • Add salt and cook for 30 minutes more. Add fish sauce and cabbage slices. Cook for 5 minutes more. Turn off the flame.
  • Heat some water in another pan and add noodles for boiling
  • Take a serving bowl and add boiled noodles and beef soup
  • Serve the beef noodles soup hot and add tomato sauce if you want
